My wife mentioned that as well. I hope it becomes a long standing tradition there - maybe with the purchase of $50 you can get a free ride (plus tip) anywhere within 20 blocks, otherwise have it be some nominal amount for purchases between $20-$50.

There weren't any pedicabs there today. I didn't bother asking but your wife may have seen an opening event rather than something they're going to continue to offer.

Local delivery is $3.95 (plus tip) which isn't bad.

The hot and cold buffet is $7.99 a pound - $8 in other words - which is too expensive for most of the items they have there if not all the items.

At Whole Foods we allow our team members to vote on what benefits they most want the company to fund. Our Canadian and British employees express their benefit preferences very clearly—they want supplemental health-care dollars that they can control and spend themselves without permission from their governments. Why would they want such additional health-care benefit dollars if they already have an "intrinsic right to health care"? The answer is clear.,
